Since its founding, our department has continuously evolved, adapting to the challenges of the time and the demands of the IT industry.

Department established

2006

The Department of Software for Automated Systems was established on July 1, 2006 (order No. 252 of June 30, 2006). It was headed by Prof. Alexander M. Dvoryankin, D.Sc.

New head of department

2017

Since July 2017, the Department of Software for Automated Systems has been headed by Yulia A. Orlova, D.Sc., associate professor.

GrapeLab IT Laboratory Opened

2025
